Ikon Properties, an extension of the Ikon Advisors brand, specializes in the development and management of our own ground-up development and renovation projects. We specialize in the acquisition of land and existing undervalued assets and delivering new construction ground up developments, renovation and rehab projects.
Our goal is to assist our investors in building equity long-term by providing them with worthwhile investment opportunities in Los Angeles. We deliver a unique, dedicated strategy that optimizes the returns on all of our properties.

Yohann Bensimon
As President and founder of Ikon Advisors & Ikon Properties, Yohann Bensimon specializes in acquisition and disposition of multifamily, mixed-use, and residential ground-up developments as well as existing multifamily properties.

Yohann moved to Los Angeles from Paris, France 27 years ago, affording him the opportunity to be a part of the multicultural urban renewal of the city of Los Angeles. Because of this, Yohann is able to anticipate market trends allowing him to advise investors on positioning their assets for optimal growth. The invaluable knowledge Yohann has acquired through years of working with seasoned investors and developers also allows him to advise clients on how to maximize return in an aggressive market.
Yohann’s career in commercial real estate started as an associate at Marcus & Millichap. Today, Yohann is a consistent top producing broker and quickly emerging seasoned developer himself. Negotiation skills aside, his achievements can be attributed to his belief that success is built on solid relationships, genuine connections, and effective communication which is why clients have chosen to refer and work with Yohann time and time again.

Margalit Bensimon
Having grown up in Beverly Hills - Margalit Bensimon is very knowledgeable about the city’s real estate.

From a young age, Margalit has developed a great interest in the market and its movement anywhere from Santa Monica to Hollywood Hills.
Margalit’s commitment to her clients is what makes her so genuine. She understands the depth, emotions, and importance involved in buying or selling a home – to which her many past and current clients will testify with pleasure.

A degree in Finance from California State University Northridge has given her skills in negotiating and an understanding of the complexity of real estate purchasing.
